How the system works
One workflow. Clear responsibilities.
The office, dispatcher and technician often work from different versions of the same job. A shared operational record carries the request from first contact to completed work and invoicing.
We tailor each system to your tools, data, permissions and business rules, and confirm integrations and scheduling during the review.
Triage the service request
Capture the issue, site, service area and urgency. Apply business rules to identify missing information and requests requiring immediate human attention.
Coordinate the schedule
Combine skills, coverage areas and verified availability. Let dispatchers review exceptions and approve assignments when judgment is needed.
Record the work on site
Give technicians a clear job brief, history and completion checklist. Photos, notes and parts used stay attached to the correct job.
Close the operational loop
Pass approved completion details into invoicing and customer follow-up. Track unresolved jobs and failed integrations so work does not disappear between systems.
