Data Annotation & AI Training Data

Training data your models can learn from. Checked twice.

Labelled text, image, video, audio and document data for AI teams, plus evaluation data for chatbots and agents, produced by trained annotators and domain reviewers with quality you can measure.

The problem

Where this helps.

A model is only as good as the examples it learns from. Crowd labels arrive inconsistent, guidelines drift from batch to batch and nobody can tell you the error rate until the model fails in testing.

How it runs

From guidelines to delivery, step by step.

  1. 01GuidelinesClear rules and examples for every label
  2. 02Pilot batchA small batch to agree quality first
  3. 03AnnotateTrained annotators label each item
  4. 04Review & QAA second reviewer checks against the gold set
  5. 05DeliveryDelivered in your format with a quality report

Who it is for

A good fit if your team is…

  • AI teams that need more labelled examples than they can produce in-house
  • Product teams testing a chatbot or agent before launch
  • Companies that need Arabic, Urdu or English data reviewed by native speakers

Typical timeline

Pilot batch with a quality report in 1–2 weeks

Scope and price are fixed before the build. You see working software every week.

How it works

Examples

What Data Annotation & AI Training Data can look like.

01

Computer vision labelling

Bounding boxes, polygons and keypoints for images and video frames, with edge cases flagged for review.

02

Document and text annotation

Entities, categories and key fields marked up in invoices, contracts, emails and chats.

03

LLM evaluation and preference data

Responses graded and ranked against a clear rubric, plus difficult test prompts written by domain reviewers.

Tools we often use

We work with the tools you already have wherever possible.

What is included

A useful scope, with clear edges.

01

Annotation guidelines, label taxonomy and an agreed gold set

02

Labelled data: classification, entities, bounding boxes, polygons, keypoints and transcription

03

Evaluation and preference data for LLMs and agents, in English, Arabic and Urdu

04

A quality report for every batch: accuracy against the gold set, reviewer agreement and corrections

Built-in controls

Clear automation. Clear handoffs.

We work only with data you have the right to share, inside access-controlled tools and under NDA. Personal data is removed or masked before annotation, and every label can be traced to the guideline version it followed.

Questions

Data Annotation & AI Training Data: common questions.

How do you measure quality?+

Every project has a gold set of examples with agreed answers. Each batch is scored against it and checked by a second reviewer, and we report accuracy and agreement before delivery.

Which tools and formats do you use?+

Your annotation platform if you have one, such as Labelbox, CVAT or Label Studio, or ours. We export in the format your pipeline expects, such as COCO, YOLO, JSONL or CSV.

How is our data protected?+

We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement, work in access-controlled accounts, never reuse your data and delete working copies when the project ends.

How is it priced?+

A fixed-price pilot first: US$1,500 for up to 2,000 items with a quality report. After that, general labelling starts from US$9 an annotator hour and expert work, such as LLM evaluation or Arabic and Urdu review, from US$28 an hour. A managed team starts from US$2,900 a month. The price is agreed before each batch starts.
