What we build

Connect the operation, not just the apps.

Available for projects worldwide

Built around your operation.
Wherever you work.

Our approach

One system.
A clearer way to work.

Bring requests, people, software and data into one working flow so fewer handoffs get lost and every next step has an owner.

WorkflowTechnology

The problem decides the stack.

Software where you need structure. Automation for repeatable work. AI for ambiguity. People where judgment matters.

Services

Software, AI and automation for the work your business runs on.

Nine clearly defined services. Each one starts with your workflow, uses the tools you already have where possible and ends with a working system your team can run.

AI assistants that answer questions, read documents and take routine actions inside your tools, with a person in control of anything important.

Systems we build

See what changes when the workflow is connected.

Connect intake, ownership, decisions, handoffs, data and reporting so leads, jobs and internal requests move through a system your team can actually operate.

Why Sequence Automate

Less admin. Faster handoffs. Clearer ownership.

Request receivedOwner assignedNext action, clear.

Start with the workflow

Find the delays, duplicate entry and repeated handoffs that cost time before choosing a tool.

Automate · Review · Approve

Keep people in control

Automate repeatable steps while approvals and exceptions stay visible to the right person.

Build for production

Build permissions, retries, monitoring and recovery into the system from day one.

What needs my attention?Exceptions, with context.Everything else keeps moving.

Design for adoption

Give each role a clear next action so the system is easy to use in real work.

Works with your stack

Keep the tools you already use.

We connect and extend the software your team already relies on, so there is less to learn and nothing to migrate unless it clearly helps.

How it works

From first message to a working system.

A simple, written process. You always know what happens next, what it costs and what you receive.

  1. Day one

    Step 1: Send a brief

Tell us what needs to work better in a short online form. No call or meeting needed.

You getConfirmation and any quick questions

  2. Within a few days

    Step 2: Review and recommendation

We look at your workflow, tools and constraints, then reply in writing with the most practical approach.

    You getA written recommendation

  3. Before any build

Step 3: Fixed scope and proposal

Scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed up front, with clear acceptance criteria.

You getA proposal you can approve

  4. Typically 2–8 weeks

Step 4: Build in weekly releases

You see working software every week and give feedback on the real thing, not slides.

You getA weekly demo and written update

  5. Launch week

    Step 5: Launch and handover

We test, deploy and train your team, then hand over documentation and access.

You getA live system, documentation and logins

  6. Optional, monthly

    Step 6: Support and improve

Monitoring, fixes and new improvements on a simple monthly plan.

You getMonitoring and a monthly summary

What does Sequence Automate do?+

Sequence Automate builds AI agents, workflow automation and custom software for business operations. We map the workflow, design the system, connect existing tools and support a controlled launch.

What is the difference between workflow automation and an AI agent?+

Workflow automation follows defined triggers and rules, such as routing a form submission to a CRM. An AI agent interprets less structured information, such as a caller’s question or a document. A reliable system often combines both, with software validating actions and people reviewing exceptions.

Where do we start?+

Send a short description of the work you want to improve. We review the workflow, existing tools and constraints, then recommend a focused sprint or a clearly scoped build. No call is required to submit a brief.

Do we need to replace our existing software?+

Often, no. We first look at configuration, APIs and integration options. Custom software fills the gaps where existing tools cannot support the workflow well.

How much does an engagement cost?+

Most clients start with an Automation Audit (US$750, credited if you build within 30 days). Packages are fixed price: a single automation from US$1,800, a Lead-to-Revenue System at US$4,900 plus US$450 a month, an AI Voice Receptionist at US$3,900 plus US$390 a month, an AI Knowledge Assistant at US$6,500 plus US$550 a month, and operations systems or custom software from US$14,000. Third-party usage is billed at cost.

Can you work with our team asynchronously?+

Yes. Written briefs, recorded walkthroughs and reviewable milestones can carry much of the project. We use a meeting when it will resolve a decision faster.

Which countries do you work with?+

We work remotely with service and operations businesses in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. Work is async-first, so time zones rarely slow a project down, and written briefs and recorded walkthroughs replace most meetings.

Which tools and platforms do you build with?+

We choose the stack around the workflow. Common choices include n8n, Make and Zapier for workflow automation, LangGraph and retrieval-augmented generation for AI agents, Supabase and Next.js for custom software, the WhatsApp Cloud API for messaging, and HubSpot or your existing CRM for revenue operations.

Who owns the software?+

Ownership, source-code handover and any third-party licences are defined in the project agreement before work starts. We make ongoing dependencies and operating costs visible.

What happens when AI is wrong or an integration fails?+

We design explicit limits, validation, retries and exception handling. High-risk actions need human approval. Evaluation and recovery requirements are agreed for the specific workflow.

Do you provide ongoing support?+

Continuous optimisation can cover monitoring, improvements, integrations and product iterations. Scope, response expectations and provider costs are agreed separately.
